Chemical Peels: Restore Healthy Skin

Chemical peels use chemicals to remove the outermost layers of the skin. Peels are most commonly used on the face, neck and chest. Chemical peels are used to help smooth the texture of the skin. There are several types of peels depending on what condition is being treated and how many layers of the skin need to be treated for desired results. Chemical peels are used to treat uneven skin tone, rough-dry skin, facial blemishes, wrinkles, hyperpigmentations and sundamage. Chemical peels will cause dryness and peeling depending on the strength of the peel. The number of peels needed depends on what condition is being treated.
