Kevin Blazer, PA-C, MMSc is originally from Sevierville, Tennessee and has been with DAK since January of 2002. Blazer entered into medicine to provide high quality medical care while providing an environment where patients feel loved and cared about. He acquired an undergraduate degree from Carson Newman University, B.A, Major Biology/Pre-med, Cum Laude, and the attended graduate school at Emory University School of Medicine in the Physician’s Assistant Program with an Honors Degree, Magna Cum Laude with a Master’s of Medical Science. Blazer is married with two cats and enjoys weight lifting, sports, and traveling.
